Louis is the founder of Strategic Adoption, which embeds construction-experienced consultants on jobsites to get field teams using the technology their companies already own. He was previously Chief of Staff at Haugland Group, a billion-dollar infrastructure and energy contractor, where he led the rollout of Procore, Sage Intacct and Miter to thousands of employees and mapped the full job lifecycle from estimating through closeout. Before that he co-founded Procore's Operational Excellence team and built its Embedded Engagements program, worked as a field engineer on heavy civil projects at Stacy and Witbeck, and ran his own general contracting business. He is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and holds a bachelor's in construction management from the University of Washington, where he was named the department's 2019 Student of the Year.
